Richard Percy – Managing Director
Richard has over 10 years of experience working at strategic and operational levels developing marine businesses and national watersports infrastructure both within the UK and overseas. He has worked on multiple international projects at both government and local levels and has been instrumental in the inauguration and success of numerous watersports programmes. His wealth of experience, knowledge and exemplary attention to detail makes Richard an expert in advising countries and organisations on the development of national watersports programmes, centres and initiatives.

Peter Gordon – CEO
Peter is the owner/Director of Rockley, a company employing over 200 staff, with over 30 years of experience as the UK’s leading watersports training provider. Peter has been instrumental in overseeing the development of numerous watersports centres both nationally and internationally. Peter is driven by his passion for watersports and a desire to develop global interest in the marine industry.
Peter is the Chairman of the British Marine Federation (Wessex region), is a corresponding member of the RYA Training Committee and has received many awards for his commitment to developing the marine business.

Pip Woods – Development Director
Pip specialises in the strategic development of watersports participation at grassroots level. She works on both national, regional and local development initiatives. Pip was the first OnBoard Development Officer and ran the initial pilot scheme for the RYA. The Onboard scheme is an internationally acclaimed programme, which is on target to introduce 500,000 people to the sport of sailing. Her expertise and experience during the pilot has lead to the successful development of the programme nationally.

Rob Clark – Operations Director
Rob is an expert in developing, designing and managing sailing centres. His knowledge in all operational aspects of running a successful sailing centre is second to none. Rob has over 15 years of expertise on working on International sailing centre development projects. Rob is also one of the most respected RYA Coaches Internationally and has overseen and run large numbers of Instructor Training Courses.

Iain Percy – Ambassador
Iain is one of the most successful British Olympic sailors. He has achieved Double Olympic Gold medal success in Sydney 2000 and Beijing 2008.
As an Olympic champion he is aware of the importance to develop sailing at grassroots level and therefore acts to promote this agenda on the international stage. Iain acts to introduce and refer interested parties to Rockley International and highlight the potential gains from bilateral partnerships
Support Staff
Rockley employs a team of 20 full-time staff to support the Rockley International services. It has the following support departments: Marketing & PR, Administration, Operations, HR, Finance and Legal.
