Richard Percy – Managing Director: Richard has over 10 years of experience working at strategic and operational levels developing marine businesses and national watersports infrastructure both within the UK and overseas. His wealth of experience, knowledge and exemplary attention to detail makes Richard an expert in advising countries and organisations on the development of national watersports programmes, centres and initiatives. |
Peter Gordon – CEO: Peter is the owner/Director of Rockley, a company employing over 200 staff, with more than 30 years of experience as the UK's leading watersports training provider. Peter is driven by his desire to develop gloabal interest in the marine industrty and this can be seen in his instrumental role in overseeing the development of numerous watersports centres.

Pip Woods – Development Director: Pip specialises in the development of watersports participation at grassroots levels. She works on both national, regional and local development initiatives. Pip was the 1st RYA OnBoard Development Officer and ran the initial pilot scheme for the RYA. Her expertise and experience during the pilot has lead to the successful development of the programme nationally. |
Rob Clark – Operations Director: Rob is an expert in developing, designing and managing sailing centres. His knowledge in all operational aspects of running a successful sailing centre is second to none. Rob has over 15 years experience working on International sailing centre development projects. Rob is also one of the most respected RYA Coaches Internationally having overseen and run large numbers of Instructor Training Courses.

Andy Smith - Trainer: Andy is probably one of the UK's most respected Coaches, what he doesn't know about teaching sailing is really not worth knowing! Andy has been with Rockley since 1977 and this experience is key to the high regard and considerable reputation that Rockley enjoys as a training centre of excellence. Liz McMaster - Trainer: Liz is one of Rockley's newest team members and she has quickly become one of Rockley's most valuable trainers. Liz has shown herself to be an extremely capable and skilled instructor who has readily combined her abilities with Rockley's friendly, professional style. Tom Wilson - Trainer: Tom became a coach at the age of 21 and since then he has gained a degree in Adventure Education. Using his academic understanding and practical application he has worked within the adventure industry, teaching multi activities to a range of ages and backgrounds. He has gone on to become an appointed ISAF Trainer and been involved in the international ISAF 'Connect to Sailing' programme. Key Watersports Qualifications: |

| David Ritchie - Between 2000 and 2002, David was the Chief Power Boat Instructor at the Royal Yachting Association and was National Sailing Coach between 2000 and 2007. David has worked in the outdoor education industry all his life, both in the UK and overseas and has a number of freelance training and business interests. |
Tim Coventry - Tim has sailed competitively all his life in dinghy, catamaran and sports boat classes. From 1981, until his retirement in 2004, Tim was the Chairman and Chief Executive of Performance Sailcraft, manufacturers of the famous Laser one design dinghy. Since retirement, Tim has worked as a consultant to the International Marine industry, specialising in business development. Tim is also an advisor to ISAF Connect to Sailing and a member of the RYA Sport Development Committee. |

| Iain Percy - GBR Olympic Sailor: Iain is one of the most successful British Olympic sailors. He has achieved Double Olympic Gold medal success in Sydney 2000 and Beijing 2008. As an Olympic champion he is aware of the importance to develop sailing at grassroots level and therefore acts to promote this agenda on the international stage. Iain acts to introduce and refer interested parties to Rockley International and highlight the potential gains from bilateral partnerships. |
