Rockley International has successful delivered a sail-training programme to a group of 24 Oman Sail students. The course was based from Rockley's UK Instructor Training Centre of Excellence. The initial section of the programme was designed to train the students in core sailing and powerboating skills. The second section saw the students split into specialised disciplines - Hobie Cat Sailing, Race Training, Offshore Yacht Training & Dinghy instructor Training.

This programme has given the candidates the qualifications & skills needed to develop personally. The programme will also enable Oman Sail to develop as a centre of excellence for Sail Training in Oman.
