Rockley Academy in the UK hosts and delivers the internationally acclaimed biannual ISAF Training Scholarship programme and works closely with ISAF on the development of grassroots sailing worldwide. ISAF have selected 8 international Sail Training experts to work alongside Dan Jaspers, ISAF Training & Development Manager, to deliver worldwide Technical Courses for Coaches.
