Rockley International has been delivering successful Sailing Instructor Training at the Namhae Sailing School in South Korea on behalf of The Winave Company over the past year. Originally approached at the International Sailing Federation (ISAF) Annual Conference in Busan, South Korea, Rockley agreed to work to develop international standard sailing instructors at the Winave Sailing Schools using the Korean Sailing Education Scheme (KOSES).
