Rockley International was successful in signing a contract with the Qatar Sailing & Rowing Federation to produce a new national 'Learn to Sail' scheme. The scheme has been developed in line with the International Sailing Federation's (ISAF) national accreditation guidelines. The 'Learn to Sail' scheme is the first step on the road to increasing grassroots sailing particpation within Qatar, with the ultimate aim of developing a new generation of Olympic and recreational sailors.
